Course Management System

Full-stack student management system with a Java Spring Boot REST API backend, React frontend, and PostgreSQL database. Features live search filtering, graduate status tracking, and dual-layer form validation.

  • Architected a three-layer Java backend (Controller → Service → Repository) with Spring Data JPA and Hibernate ORM
  • Applied Bean Validation annotations (@NotBlank, @Min, @Max) for server-side input enforcement
  • Configured CORS to restrict API access to the production frontend origin

Job Application Tracker

Full-stack PERN app for tracking job applications, interview rounds, companies, and contacts. Includes a live analytics dashboard with status breakdowns, success rates, and weekly application trends.

  • Implemented a three-layer architecture (Routes → Service → Repository) across five Sequelize models with relational associations
  • Engineered an analytical service layer with 5 analytics functions: status breakdown, success rate, response rate, weekly trend, and top industries
  • Built a React frontend with React Router, Axios, controlled forms, and a live analytics dashboard with data visualizations
  • Designed a relational schema across 5 Sequelize models to maintain data integrity for complex job-seeking workflows

Flashcard App

Full-stack flashcard platform with JWT-based authentication, bcrypt password hashing, and protected routes. Supports public and user-owned decks with many-to-many relationships and integration test coverage.

  • Built JWT-based authentication with bcrypt password hashing and protected routes via custom Express middleware
  • Implemented a many-to-many relationship between Users and Decks through a SavedDeck join table using Sequelize's belongsToMany
  • Applied Sequelize Op operators to scope queries filtering public vs. user-owned decks in a single DB call
  • Wrote integration tests with Jest and Supertest covering register, login, and protected route rejection
